The project involved completely renovating and refitting a 42 sqm apartment in the west of Paris.
Whose oldest works date from before '2000.
A large, very bright studio but poorly maintained, poorly laid out, requiring a good refresh and a reorganization of the rooms.
We opted in particular to remove a partition wall between the bedroom and the living room, which opened up a large space in the center of the apartment and gave it all the charm of a small, very bright loft studio with its two large, redone bay windows.
The kitchen and bathroom have been completely remodeled and renovated.
All in a palette of mixed colors: blue, gold, dark brown and graphite black (pink in contrast) to accentuate the small loft aspect, rather masculine.
As a central piece: a beautiful black Chesterfield sofa, found in second-hand stores, was added to the ensemble + some custom-made furniture ( Tisettanta ) in lacquered light beige wood and Corian, very functional, including a beautiful large bookcase.
Solid dark oak parquet flooring with long slats throughout the apartment, custom-made curtains ( Jab Anstoetz ), striped wallpaper at the head of the bed perfectly in the colours of the apartment ( Cole and Son ), some Yellow Korner photos.
And our cushion ( catsandgreen tea ), Grandes Ailes model from the Papillons collection, ideal for its deep red in contrast.
Completely transformed apartment. In the shape of a small loft!
