DELIVERY


Delivery times vary from country to country. On our website we indicate the longest time.
However, if the item is in stock, shipping and delivery will take a few days depending on the destination. In all cases, you will be notified by email of the shipment of your order and the tracking number.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. They will be the responsibility of the Customer and are his sole responsibility.


In mainland France:

Delivery is free from 100€ of purchase . This information is visible by means of a permanent banner on our site.
You will be delivered, according to your choice, to your home or to a relay point near you.
In 3 to 5 days (indicative times), if the product is available in our stock. Between 4 and 6 weeks (preparation time included) if the product is in production following a pre-order.


In EU countries:

Delivery is free from 120€ of purchase . This information is visible by means of a permanent banner on our site.
You will be delivered to your home, in 4 to 8 days (indicative times), depending on the destination if the product is available in our stock. Between 4 and 6 weeks (preparation time included) if the product is in production following a pre-order .


In the Overseas Departments, the Overseas Communities:
You will be delivered to your home, in 6 to 10 days (indicative times), depending on the destination if the product is available in our stock. Between 4 and 6 weeks (preparation time included) if the product is in production following a pre-order.

In North America (United States-Canada):
You will be delivered to your home, in 6 to 10 days (indicative times), depending on the destination if the product is available in our stock. Between 4 and 6 weeks (preparation time included) if the product is in production following a pre-order.

Other countries:
Your country of residence is not yet referenced on our site?
Write to us at: welcome@catsandgreentea.fr with the details of your order. We will inform you of the procedure for payment as well as the costs and delivery times.


If one or more products cannot be delivered/transported within the time initially announced, the Seller will send an email to the Customer informing them of the new delivery date.

To make a return request, please write to the following address:

This step is essential and must be followed so that we can send you instructions for making the return.

The return must be made within 14 days maximum from the date of receipt of the item(s), by postal delivery.
Products must be in their original condition, in their original packaging and unused. If the original packaging is too damaged, you should use your own reinforced packaging. Any return made differently will not be considered.
Once the return is received, the refund or exchange is made within 14 days on the same payment method used during the purchase.
The refund will correspond to the price of the item(s) ordered as well as all payments received, including delivery/shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that the Customer has chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller). Return costs will not be refunded.
However, if the item(s) are defective or if it is proven that we have made an error regarding the order (incorrect address, non-conformity of the products in nature or quality compared to the information on the order form), the return costs will be at our expense.

You also have the right to withdraw, under the same conditions, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item(s).
